  • WEEKLY DISCOUNTS, BOAT RENTAL: Luxury retreat with relaxing pool! 5 bedroom, 4 bath entire Luxury estate home on 3 acres with private gate. Backyard Pool (optional to heat) & hot tub, private boat dock on Lake Travis (Pedernales river arm). Two living areas, (downstairs living w/ 60" TV, upstairs game room w/ 60" TV), pool table or ping pong. 2 covered patios (upstairs and downstairs). Full gourmet kitchen with double convection oven, convection microwave, dishwasher, and built in 48" refrigerator, plus small appliances (kitchen Aid mixer, Vitamix blender, toaster, moccamaster drip coffee maker & Keurig) . Firepit overlooking beautiful Lake Travis River. Dining seats 10, breakfast area overlooking pool seats 4-6, plus the kitchen bar area seats 4. Each bedroom has a private bath with the exception of pool bath sharing with downstairs guest room. Master & 1 guest room downstairs. Gym on upstairs open air patio. We have bedroom closets locked but each room has a wardrobe for hanging clothes + dressers. Gas grill, road to the lake (can rent golf cart or walk, it's a 100yrds downhill, just steep). Lake fun includes Paddle boards & a kayak on the dock. You may bring your own boat (22frt or less) or rent from a local marina or check our ATX Boat Charters on facebook. (I can provide information for boat rentals if needed)

    Pool heated upon arrival for an additional $75-150/night.....many great adventures around including:
    Parks, Springs, Wineries, Breweries, Distilleries, Icehouse, BBQ, Pizza, Steakhouse, Beautiful Sunsets!!!!Next door to Apis & Sorelina Restaurants, across the street from a convenience store, just a coupe miles to the famous Poodies Roadhouse, Angels Icehouse and several other fabulous restaurants......

We loved our stay! We had everything we needed and more for our girls weekend. Joy has thought of everything and there were so many things in the house that made our stay wonderful, from the robes to the bar accessories. Everything was labeled and notes on how to use or navigate anything in the home. Easy check in and check out, this was the perfect home for our trip

Perfect Getaway

This home was perfect for our quick family getaway. Our group included 3 generations and there was something for everyone. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room while the adults enjoyed the home and scenic views while the kids were occupied. We also enjoyed the local distillery and local winery. We hope to visit again!

Weekend Getaway

We loved our stay in Spicewood! The property is very large with plenty of room to play. Bedrooms & bathrooms were very spacious and the bed linens provided were comfortable (everyone commented on this!). The backyard and pool were amazing as well but at the time we were there, the lake/river where this house sits was dried up so we we not able to enjoy the lake activities as we’d hoped.

Great Hill Country Getaway!

We stayed as a large group for a college reunion and 30th birthday trip. The space was perfect for our needs and so relaxing! The hosts had clear explanations of how to use anything in the house. Plenty of parking in the driveway, private space. Great amenities, good kitchen equipment, and washer/dryer. A large group will need to be okay sharing space--it was comfortable for our group of 10 adults, but more would've been cramped. The farmer's market next door was wonderful, and it was close to wineries, county parks, grocery, and restaurants if you have a car. Uber is readily available, but I would recommend having a car. The water access is limited due to low water levels and a very steep climb, but we didn't end up using it anyway because the pool was exactly what we needed :)

Perfect stay for our Memorial Day reunion trip for two families of college friends - 4 adults and 4 kids (all 9 and under). Really enjoyed the pool/spa and running around the large property. Loved the property. However I was expecting a heated pool. Instead it was freezing and we were told we have to pay extra for that. So therefore it is false advertising. We decided we had paid plenty to not have to pay more so we didn’t really get to enjoy the pool like I was expecting.

Great family vacation

We came down from Dallas for the Spartan race in Burnett. The house was perfectly located between Burnett and Austin. Great proximity to breweries like Frontyard Brewing. The house had everything we needed from pool towels, toiletries and kitchen spices/utensils. Directions were everywhere for how to operate all the house electronics. There are 2 fridges which was great when staying with a large group.

Family holiday together

Property is wonderful for outside fun—fishing, swimming, fire pit. Plenty of inside room—pool table is a big plus—with lovely accoutrements and amazingly stocked kitchen. After many VRBO rentals, think the most unique, and favorable, element of this property is the responsiveness of owner/manager who is unusually willing to help make the stay amazing. Thanks!
