The place and grounds are beautiful! It also was the perfect setup for our family. The dogs had plenty of space to explore with our young daughter in a safe gated area. Outside the gate, the grounds were also well-maintained. We enjoyed spending time at the place, and especially appreciated the kitchen with plenty of spices and availability of high end cookware that allowed us to enjoy more time at the place. Carla (host) was also very kind and responsive prior to and during our stay. We very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning again.

Carla’s Lost Cove was a special experience from the moment we booked. Carla is the consummate host and it only got better when we arrived. The property was immaculate and well stocked with everything we needed, and the views were spectacular. Our favorites were morning sunrise and coffee on the screened porch, the comfy couches, blankets, and bedding, as well as cooking outside and the terrific porches. The perfect lakehouse to unwind and relax at.

From booking to departure, Carla was in constant communication. The home itself was perfect. Each room is a separate suite, with each having its own bathroom. The views were amazing. The property is secluded and very peaceful at night. Our puppy enjoyed the stay the most, having multiple acres to explore and run about. If you’re looking for a peaceful, lakeside retreat you’ve found your place. Book right away!

This home brings you peace and comfort the minute you walk in. The property is very quiet and serene. Carla was very quick to respond to any questions and provided easy check in and check out. Each bedroom has its own bathroom providing privacy to you & your guests. The beds were comfortable and all my guests talked of how well they slept. The downstairs is its own suite or casita with added living room. A spectacular view of the hills & Lake Travis are seen from both floors. The accommodations were first rate including the furnishings and decor. Thanks again, Carla. I will highly recommend this home to friends and family.
