"Wonderful hotel ! Everything was perfect. The room was so nice with an outdoor terrace and two chaise lounges, and partial view of the water. The lobby, the pool area and the beach club were all 5 stars! The beach area is not sandy but so unique with day beds nestled between rock formations. And the sunset from there is spectacular! The breakfast was wonderful and if you don’t want a big dinner there is also a pizza restaurant on the property open late. In summary, we loved it and would come back in a heat beat !"

"We had a very pleasant stay overall. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent, with an easy walk to the nearby beach, and the parking was convenient and plentiful. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and having an ocean view was definitely a wonderful bonus. The hotel itself is a bit outdated, and the bathroom layout felt somewhat awkward. The shower was also quite small compared to what we expected. That said, these were minor drawbacks compared to all the positives. The great service, comfortable accommodations, and fantastic location made for an enjoyable stay. We would happily consider staying here again."

"The room was very cute and the communication was great. You also can’t get a more convenient location. The views were fantastic. The property could use some upkeep- everything in the bathroom is loose for example : the faucet, the toilet paper holder etc. but that can be relatively easily fixed. I would recommend to the owners to provide some water in the room since the water in the bathroom is not potable. I’d say the one thing helpful to know is that the ferries smell- and you will be breathing ferry exhaust in this room if you are home when they are in port. "

"Loved our four-night stay (September 2025) in this beautiful home. It is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The view from the terrace is gorgeous. You MUST rent a boat and skipper (company recommended by the owner in the guestbook) — that day on the water with Mauro was absolutely a highlight of our month on the island. Also hiking on Caprera. The house is in a very nice neighborhood five minutes drive from the city. You will love it here, I promise. "
