"It was a decent place to lay your head at especially for the price.The rooms were hot and stuffy, only one fan per room and certain people would hog it up for themselves. The staff was nice when I checked in but after that, there was no communication really. That didn’t bother me bc I keep to myself but I did notice the difference. "Hotel a conduzione familiare a pochi passi dal mare, dalla fermata degli autobus (molto efficienti sull’Isola) e da due centri termali molto rinomati (per i quali la struttura fornisce sconti). Accolti da un ragazzo molto cordiale che ci ha illustrato la zona e la struttura (priva di ascensore), accompagnandoci fino in camera. La camera che avevamo scelto con vista mare si presenta luminosa e ampia, con arredi non nuovissimi e con bagno finestrato. La vera chicca della camera è l’ampio terrazzo...

"Io e mia Moglie siamo arrivati abbastanza presto; subito ben accolti. Il parcheggio era occupato ci hanno fatto subito posto e accompagnato in camera aiutandoci con i bagagli. Ci hanno offerto di fare colazione anche se all'arrivo non era compresa nel costo. Il tempo di disfare i bagagli e già eravamo immersi nelle acque termali della piscina coperta. "We stayed at Hotel Villa Jantò for five days in October. The views are breathtaking, the rooftop and outdoor pool areas are lovely, and there was a small, heated indoor pool. The free hotel shuttle to nearby towns and the beach is convenient, since the hotel sits atop a steep hill and taxis are surprisingly expensive. The room, however, was a letdown. It felt painfully plain, with white walls and nearly zero decoration—odd for a hotel that otherwise tries to look somewhat bohemian and stylish. There were many insects (don’t leave any food out or it will be swarming with ants within hours), an occasional unpleasant smell, and a toilet so noisy you couldn’t flush it at night without waking the whole floor. There was no kettle for making brews, and the toiletries were so minimal we had to buy our own. Even the hand wash disappeared during our stay, leaving us with none to use. The food was the biggest disappointment. Breakfast, aside from pastries, was cold and uninspired (even the eggs). Both dinners we tried were lacking in flavour, the pasta undercooked, and the prices felt high for what was essentially mediocre fare (considering that the hotel mentions using organic produce from their garden), The receptionist was friendly, but the restaurant and bar staff seemed pretty uninterested. In short, Hotel Villa Jantò delivers on views and location, but if you’re hoping for comfortable rooms and decent food, temper your expectations—or prepare to be underwhelmed."

"Tons of heated pool options, and we loved using the Turkish Bath steam room. The restaurant on-site, O’Pignattello, was fabulous, and the service was outstanding. The front desk helped arrange a taxi very early in the morning for me. The room was comfortable, and it was very close to many shops and restaurants in the Lacco Ameno area. This was a more affordable hotel in the area, and it didn't seem like it was a budget pick. I enjoyed my stay very much! "

"Very helpful staff. Arranged trips for us and couldn't have been more helpful. The thermal pool was divine. Good continental breakfast. All round lovely location and great place to stay. Highly recommend. Other tips not related to hotel was the overpricing of the taxi drivers. Not consistent and very expensive indeed! Charged 30 euros for a short drive to the port which was around a mile away. Plus between 15 and 20 euros to go less than 2 miles to other places. "
