Sie liegt zentral. Leider entspricht die Beschreibung nicht der Realität. Wir wollten ursprünglich zu viert anreisen. Im Nachhinein waren wir fast froh, dass wir nur zu dritt anreisten, denn mit vier Personen wäre es Bettentechnisch sehr eng geworden. Wenn eine Wohnung angeboten wird mit zwei Schlafzimmern und es stellt sich dann heraus, dass das Wohnzimmer mit der Schlafcouch als zweites Schlafzimmer geführt wird, dann sehe ich das als irreführend an. Die Kaffeemaschine war "nur" eine Pad Maschine. Es gab leider keine Kanne. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war auch nicht gut. Es war vor Ort eine große Baustelle, die die Zufahrt zur Wohnung erschwert hat. Dies wurde im Vorfeld nicht kommuniziert. Nachdem wir dann den Vermieter erreicht hatten, konnte er uns den Weg zur Wohnung nicht richtig beschreiben, da er nach eigener Aussage nicht vor Ort wohnt und die Straßennamen nicht kennt. Dann muss man nach meiner Meinung einen Ansprechpartner vor Ort haben, der helfen kann. Denn unsere Anreise hat sich dadurch unnötig lang verzögert. Während dieser Verzögerung wurde uns dann noch mitgeteilt, dass der Reinigungsdienst noch nicht da war, um die Betten zu beziehen. Außerdem fehlten Handtücher und Toilettenpapier, was allerdings durch den Reinigungsdienst nachgereicht wurde. Alles in allem kann ich aber für diese Wohnung nur dann eine Empfehlung geben, wenn man maximal zu zweit mit einem Kleinkind anreist. ##### Christiane S. Die Lage war natürlich sehr gut, man konnte alles fußläufig erreichen. Kritisch: die ihre führende Beschreibung mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Es handelt sich hierbei nicht um zwei Schlafzimmer, sondern nur um Einschlaflied und ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch. Ebenso sind es keine zwei Bäder gewesen, sondern lediglich ein Bardt und ein Gäste WC. Die Rollladen haben zum Teil nicht richtig funktioniert, über das es entsprechend hell in den Schlafräumen gewesen war. Ebenso hat der Trockner nicht funktioniert. ##### Michael H. Leider war im Vorfeld die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber nicht so gut. Am 11.12.24 und am 27.12.24 wurde über das Portal von FeWo dirket eine Nachfrage bezüglich des Checkin an den Gastgeber geschrieben, beide ohne Rückmeldung. Telefonisch konnte man niemand erreichen, SMS und WhatsApp wurde nicht beantwortet. Erst als ich am 28.12.24 per WhatsApp geschrieben habe "bitte endlich um Rückmeldung" kamen die Infos.In der Beschreibung steht "Ganzes Ferienhaus·Privater Gastgeber, Deluxe Villa Apartment". Man mietet aber kein ganzes Ferienhaus, sondern eine Wohnung (wieso bei den Bildern das Treppenhaus geziegt wird, ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar). Ebenso steht in der Beschreibung "2 Schlafzimmer", tatsächlich gibt es ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit einer Couch die man ausziehen kann. In der Beschreibung steht "2 Badezimmer", das zweite Badezimmer ist tatsächlich ein WC (steht nach genauem hinsehen auch so in der Beschreibung) in dem leider kein WC-Sitz vorhanden war (das hätte man im Vorfeld kommunizieren können). Die Unterkunft an sich ist gut und gepflegt. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Das Bett und die Couch sind auch bequem. Bemängelt wird hier nur die Beschreibung und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. ##### Andreas K. Sie war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Gewürze, Essig, Öl sind vorhanden. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet, sodass man gut für mehrere Personen auch etwas aufwendigere Gerichte hätte kochen können. Der Balkon ist für laue Sommerabende perfekt. Leider war die Kommunikation im Vorfeld nicht besonders gut. Wir wollten schon früher am Tag einchecken und haben das bereits am Tag der Buchung (7 Monate vor der Reise) über FeWo-Direkt kommuniziert. Über FeWo-Direkt wurde nicht auf meine Nachrichten reagiert. Daher habe ich es zwei Tage vor der Anreise wieder probiert. Die angegebene Handynummer gehört zu einem WhatsApp-Business-Kontakt, wo auf Nachrichten auch nicht reagiert wurde. Erst nach mehrmaligen Anrufen hat sich Herr Jorissen zurückgemeldet. Wir konnten dann netterweise bereits am Vormittag in die Wohnung einchecken. Danke dafür nochmal! Die Check-In-Daten haben wir allerdings erst 2 Stunden vor unserer eigentlichen Ankunft bzw. 6 Stunden vor dem "normalen" Check-In bekommen. Das finde ich im Vergleich zu anderen Vermietern relativ spät. Für 4 Erwachsene waren nur zwei Badetücher zum Duschen/Baden bereitgelegt, aber das liegt vielleicht daran, dass die Wohnung schon früher für uns gerichtet sein musste... ##### Lisa R.
