The apartment is located in a two-family house.

Upon request and subject to availability, we rent out the entire house.
Sleeps up to 10
2 bathrooms
36 sqm rooftop terrace

The kitchen is fully equipped for you, including a dishwasher. It seats up to 6 people, including the table. The spacious bathroom features a shower/tub combination, as well as a washing machine and dryer. There is also a living room and bedroom with a cosy couch and armchair. The room also offers the option to set up additional sleeping arrangements (a pull-out bed measuring 180x2 metres, a sofa bed measuring 140x2 metres, and an air mattress measuring 1x2 metres). Here, we can accommodate up to 4 people, though it will be “cosy”—something to keep in mind. The “actual” bedroom is located in the attic (access via an old-style staircase). The 2x2-metre bed with orthopedic mattresses invites you to relax and get a good night’s sleep. This means you can set up sleeping arrangements in two rooms. The apartment is optimally suited for 4 people, though it can accommodate up to 6. If available, you can rent the entire house—please feel free to contact us about this.

The entire living area features high-quality solid wood flooring and electric shutters.

We place great importance on making your stay with us as pleasant as possible and look forward to welcoming you!

#TheLivingSpace:
1 bedroom
1 kitchen
1 bathroom
1 living room and bedroom

#Contact:
You can reach us by phone, email, or via FewoDirekt.
If you have any questions about Speyer, activities, or events, please feel free to contact us at any time.
