"Beautiful space right in the heart of Sperlonga. Serena and Rocco were very accommodating. everything we needed was there. Short walks to shops, restaurants and markets. There is a short walk to the beach which was easily accessible. Serena and Rocco gave us several recommendations and a list of things to do and see. Everyone was so nice, we would definitely return for a longer stay."

"The place is great. Lots of space. It has two balconies and one rooftop terrace. They all have incredible views. The rooftop terrace is large with seating and a table large enough for our family to have meals at. We’ve been to Sperlonga three times. This is the first time we stayed here - but we are staying every time we come back from now on. Really tough to beat the views. It’s near the top of the hill - so a very short walk to dining and shopping. The walk down to the beach isn’t bad at all....

"Steps must be taken.... ....to stay in Sperlonga Centro Storico. Top of the hill no cars no streets, just a maze of fascinating passageways full of surprises. The smallest "supermarket" run by two sisters, a lovely square with bars and restaurants. And two great beaches, with boat trips to the grottos from the little port. "A lovely hotel with an excellent location. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, and the breakfast was very enjoyable. The bell staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive. However, my experience with some members of the front desk team was less positive. At times, interactions felt unwelcoming, and I did not feel acknowledged when approaching the desk with questions. On a few occasions, there appeared to be a lack of engagement or eye contact, which made the service feel somewhat impersonal. Overall, the hotel offers strong accommodations and amenities, but there is an opportunity to improve consistency in front desk hospitality."
