Welcome to your ultimate lakefront retreat, designed for unforgettable gatherings with family and friends. With 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and space for up to 28 guests, this newly built home offers multiple levels of luxury, comfort, and fun — all overlooking the peaceful waters of Norris Lake.  
Main Level – Gourmet Kitchen & Gathering Space  
The heart of the home is a chef-inspired gourmet kitchen built for cooking and entertaining. Enjoy dual ranges, two refrigerators, two microwaves, and two dishwashers, plus a massive dining island where everyone can gather.  
The open-concept living area flows seamlessly onto the first of three spacious decks, offering beautiful lake views and the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails.  
For families traveling with little ones, a retractable baby gate is available to safely close off the stairs.  
This level also features two private King suites, each with its own ensuite bathroom and ceiling fan for comfort.  
Middle Level – Comfortable & Spacious Sleeping Quarters  
The middle level offers a variety of thoughtfully designed sleeping spaces:  
• King bedroom with ceiling fan, closet, and shared bath  
• King bedroom with ceiling fan, closet, and private bath  
• Queen bedroom with twin-over-twin bunks and private bath  
• Bunk room with two Full-over-Queen bunk beds and a shared bath

This level also includes two bedrooms:  
• King bedroom with shared full bath  
• Queen bedroom with Full-over-Queen bunks and shared bath  
The lower level opens to a large patio designed for entertaining and lakefront enjoyment.  
Dock & Lakefront Living  
Your private dock sits in a peaceful, lagoon-like cove with zero boat traffic, making it ideal for swimming, relaxing, and safe lake fun. The dock includes a slide and jump gate, plus a dockside fire pit and cornhole area for evening gatherings.  
Flat Hollow Marina is just a quick golf cart ride away for dining, fuel, and seasonal live music.  
Outdoor Living on Every Level  
Each floor of the home features its own expansive deck, giving guests plenty of places to spread out, relax, and enjoy stunning sunrise and sunset lake views.
