This world has to much stress! Take a night off and come stay at our peaceful retreat, turn your phone off and recharge your batteries! This tastefully decorated and designed home is a perfect retreat. The peaceful setting with the overhead trees, setback from the road porch, outdoor furniture, and so much more. \*Dog friendly with approval. No other pets. There is a one-time pet fee of $75\. Please message me for details.\* This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom small house. Features: -Large 65" Smart TV and 32" smart TV in bedroom -Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+ provided -Leather Sofa -Tiled Walk-in Shower -Private Hot tub with privacy fence on two sides. -Stove, Microwave, Full size Fridge/freezer -Keurig machine with coffee -Washer and Dryer As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home while leaving it nice and clean for the next guests. IMPORTANT: No Smoking, vaping, or any other strong smelling airborne substance of any kind is allowed on the property. ANY violation of this policy will cause a fine of $250 minimum and increase to the full cost of bringing in a smoke restoration company at your cost. \*Dog friendly! We may leave consumables such as coffee and small snacks for you to enjoy. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. Parties: These are not allowed unless given written permission. If guests are found to have had a party without permission guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY with no refund. Completely modern. Very cool and comfortable inside. Furniture is very comfortable. There is a hot tub on the deck as well some deck furniture for hanging outside. They do allow pets.
