"Everything was very clean nice rooms comfortable bed. Erika at check in was not friendly. Said good evening never answered me said i need your id and card. Was not sure what card so i ask she said the card you paid with. Very rude. I never paid i held reservations with the card was not gonna ask anymore questions she was ready to get me done. That is the only improvement i can suggest. I work in retail so kindness and a smile goes a long way. "

"It was good. Nice and quiet. The breakfast was so so. I was relaxed. There was a tornado warning and the front desk called me with directions to the storm shelter downstairs or I was able to hide in the bathroom which I did. The tornado warning didn’t last long. "

"I booked 2 rooms here last minute as we were traveling from Oaklahoma to Illinois and got tired. No exaggeration, this is the best hotel weve ever stayed in. It was modern & clean. Our rooms were spacious. The hotel staff, down to the handyman were very friendly. The breakfast bar had a nice selection. This family goves it an A+!"
