Had a great time in sparta

We came to Sparta, TN for the state parks and to view the many waterfalls around the surrounding area. Our rental was great and located in a great location that made it easy to visit several (9 waterfalls total) without having too far of a drive To the parks. We had a great place to stay, great hosts and had a great fun visit in Sparta.

Clean, comfortable and welcoming. This was by far one of the cleanest and most comfortable rentals we’ve stayed in and we would definitely rent this home again if ever back in the area. Owner was responsive and helpful as well!

This pretty home was wonderful! Clean, nice decor, nice china, glasses, cups, etc. Anything you might need. Above all is the best host ever!! Quick to reply to a phone call, and give help if needed. Makes every effort to give you a quiet, lovely place, good neighborhood, etc. Definitely would visit Sparta again.

Offroad parks

We have friends their that had a Benefit at Golden Mountain Speedway and needed a place to cook instead of traveling with food. We will book this place again very quite neighborhood very nice and clean house exactly what we wanted. The host is very quick answering any questions just could've been better.

Came to visit my son and his family for Thanksgiving. Wonderful house. I stayed with my cousin and her 2 adult boys. Very clean. Quiet area. Would love to come back when it is warmer and enjoy the backyard.

"Welcome home!"

"Welcome home!" is exactly what I felt this tidy home was saying the moment I walked in the front door. I have roots that run deep in Sparta, and finally, I have a place to stay that is super comfy and clean, complete with updated kitchen appliances, and an outdoor sitting area to boot! The location is exceptional (quiet and convenient), and to top it all off, the host was personable and readily available to answer all my questions. Will definitely book this little gem again!

In town for family wedding

The House was superbly kept. Was a warm welcome after 15 hour drive to walk in and feel like your home. Can’t say enough about how clean and well kept this place is. New Grandbaby Visit

We came to Sparta to visit our new grand daughter. We brought my 81 year old mother as well. The location was close to our son and daughter-in-love’s home and down town Sparta. The house had easy access with minimal steps which made it easier for my mother’s bad knees. The deco was nice and clean with plenty of amenities. The rooms were comfortable with plenty of space for our needs. The host responded quickly to all communications and very welcoming. We will definitely stay in this home for future visits.

The house was better than advertised by far. To say it was clean and well prepared would be an understatement. Great House - Perfect For Our Needs

We stayed a couple nights while we went hiking and visiting waterfalls in the general area. This house was centrally located for the places we visited. The house was super clean and comfortable. It's been/being remodeled and the kitchen was fantastic. It is well stocked with all the stuff you need. The mattresses seemed new and were comfortable. We loved having nice big soft and thirsty towels. The outside firepit was ready for us to start a fire (but we didn't) and the neighborhood was mostly quiet. We were able to park in the carport - that was nice to be so close to the house and under cover. When we rented this house it was easily the best value we ever rented and one of the nicest houses. The only thing that was a tiny bit annoying was the dog across the street is kept outside and every time we went out it barked incessantly at us. It wasn't a big deal - we felt bad for the pup.

Everything was so modern clean and comfy. Everything went so smoothly. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. I chose this location because it is a great starting point for many hiking trails and waterfalls.We visited waterfalls to the east, north and south of this rental.
