We stayed one night. We wanted to do some laundry when we got there . Amenities stated that they had a laundry room but found out when we were there they only had laundry service. It was ok The staff were friendly some spoke better English than others but we managed. The room was perfect size and bathroom was clean. Shuttle runs every 20 minutes to airport. Only issue I had was trying to call the hotel.

"Five stars? Not even close. Closer to a motel 8 with a nice lobby. Peeling paint in the shower, stained floors, no hot water one morning and yes.. there are bugs. Have bites all over my legs.
