"It’s a nice place to stay especially if you have kids. The amenities are great. The only thing I didn’t like was the first room we got smelled like a smoke. It has a strong smell. That my husband and son got allergies. I told the receptionist right away and they sent someone. But they couldn’t do anything. I requested for room change, they were hesitant to do it. I’m not even asking for an upgrade or anything, I just need a room without a smell. Then, eventually, they gave us a new room. That one has no smell at all. It was good. We enjoyed the rest of our time there."

"I loved opening the curtains in the morning to the wonderful view! The bed was very comfortable and I loved the pillow choices. The fireplace added a lot of ambiance although we didn't use it. All of the staff we encountered were very nice. I liked the parking below the hotel; it's especially good during ski season, although we weren't there when there was snow. We got a pizza at the restaurant and it was fantastic. The service was excellent! We got a roll-in shower room and that part was a bit weird--the cabinet next to the shower area was fairly water damaged. There was a shower chair that folded up against the wall and I can't imagine actually using it because sitting in it would have meant that your shoulders/back were pushed against the controls unless you sat on the edge. (Luckily I didn't need to use it this time--my issues are with balance so stepping into/out of a tub can be very difficult sometimes.) Also, the idea of the adjustable-height shower wand was good but it wouldn't stay, and the hose was too stiff which pushed it so that it was pointing at the wall. Overall it was a very good room, but the accessible restroom aspect could use some adjustment."

"I loved the location in Springdale. The hotel is close enough to walk to the shuttle bus, our balcony room on the east side had beautiful views, and watching the animals was cool too. Our breakfast was included everyday, the restaurant has good food, along with the bakery, and they have a huge gift shop. Would definitely recommend this hotel!"
