"Used bath towel was left in room. It would be helpful if there were a mirror in the room with the sink and toilet. There was a smell in the roo. Need more charging ports. There were four people and the room, did not have enough wash clothes. Shuttle into park was great."

"Liked this property - great location, clean, comfortable and lovely pool area with views of Zion. Breakfast was poor though and some staff were unfriendly. I think it’s overpriced for what it is - I was expecting a bit more from a Hyatt. Would I stay again? Maybe, it was good, but I wonder if you can get better value elsewhere."

"Staff here were very welcoming and we loved the hotel location. The shuttle bus stop was right by the hotel which made getting to and from Zion easier without paying for parking. The included breakfast at the Porter restaurant next door was delicious. We would stay here again when visiting Zion National Park!"
