Who wants a chain hotel experience when this is the same price?? Everything was just perfect. All the details were appreciated! Highly recommend. Do need to be able to maneuver steps to the loft. I'm one week out from knee replacement and managed it."

"We loved it! Clean, great location, close to everything, good parking. The only thing is there is no ice maker or ice trays to make ice. So just be prepared for that. We made ice in a cookie sheet and broke it up and stored in a plastic bowl. But it’s a great place and we would book it again!"

"Tucked away little secluded spot, decorated with a fishing theme since it’s right on the water. Steps down to the private dock so maybe not ideal for very young children. Very clean inside with all the amenities needed. Close to Branson without being in the middle of all the traffic. Perfect for our family and will definitely be staying again."

Everything was exactly as listed and it was perfect for my family. The owners sent us excellent communication so we knew what to do and what the process was. "We stayed here for a race in downtown Springfield and it was super close. Also, this place was incredibly clean! I loved the old building vibes and the beds were very comfortable. It’s good to know that there isn’t any coffee or anything, so you’ll want to bring your own. Otherwise, perfect stay!"

"We stayed for a weekend with another couple. It was setup really well for a couples stay. There are two bedrooms, each very roomy and with their own bathrooms. We all agreed that it was really nice and roomy. We took advantage of its location being very close to plenty of restaurants and entertainment. It was outfitted with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!"

"It was decent for the location and it was clean. But it was in desperate need of more carpets and wall furnishings to help with the echo. Because it has only a tv, small couch, and table it feels like you’re in a concrete hole."
