"I loved everything!!!"

"Check in was no problem. Clerk friendly when spoken to but otherwise quiet. Rooms appeared clean but when I wore my white socks around room they got dirty . And room had a musty smell. The hotel really seems old & really needs updating. We were there for a wedding & we’re very few choices there for one night. "

"Ms. Tiarra at the check-in/out Desk is professional, knowledgeable, warm, and kind. She accepted my concerns about the property seriously and with respect. She is a GEM! It’s my fault that did not shower while in residence. Perhaps Housekeeping would have been able to provide a clean shower curtain had I noticed it earlier. Concerns about hot food served on styrofoam plates/cups - helps manage costs but induces cancer. Paper products are more expensive (would be cheaper in bulk?)."

"I have a family of 7 & the room we had was spacious for us all. There was a small stain on 1 out of the 8 pillows that were on the bed. I just simply removed the pillow casing off of it. 1 of the towels had a stsin as well. A stain that wouldn't come out if you washed it. We simply just didn't use that towel. No biggie."

"King size bed was not comfortable. I requested additional pillows but was told there were no pillows available. Worst was no ventilation in the bathroom. Zero. Very humid and uncomfortable. Staff was very kind. "
