Lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable, staff are so welcoming and can't do enough for you. Never experienced that level of service in any hotel I've stayed in. Staff were just amazing from reception, to cleaner, the bell boys were also amazing, my only slight criticism would be at breakfast, you have to order your eggs, that really should have been conveyed in advance so you don't fill your plate with food, then realise you have to wait 10 mins for your eggs. Very relaxing and peaceful location, and an excellent place to unwind. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and always attentive. The food was very good, with different choices everyday for both western and local food. The two main swimming pools are excellent. The princess villa room was spacious, well furnished and very clean. The four poster bed was also very comfortable, although the mosquito nets around the bed were needed !

Always issues with check-in with Angia. Team is not professional. I was asked to leave the apartment I checked in to after I had checked in for 2 hours already. They didn’t send me back my money.
