"The hotel is old and in bad maintained condition, the missing small pieces of ceramic in the pool makes my swimsuit broke, the food at the restaurant is average. You need to leave your ID in exchange for pool towels?? The staff at the front desk is not very friendly."

"The property was well maintained and the staff were incredibly kind. We left early the last day and were not going to be able to enjoy the full breakfast service. The gentleman at check out went out of his way to pack us lunch for the road. It was incredibly kind and much appreciated! I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you again."
"Rooms and property was very clean and spacious, the room we stayed at had the windows next to the hallway in the center of the buildings and was quite loud, there was a guest playing loud music in next to our window I had to go take care of it myself, security was not around, check out was fast"
"Room was good. No towels when we arrived, table not cleaned nor coffee pot but they fixed everything promptly. AC is in the back corner of the room and I didn’t find efficient for my sleep but that’s me. Restaurant was good. Excellent service. Good food and prices. We loved Bella as did our puppy dog. Very nice and professional staff. I would stay again but not near the road. We could hear the traffic during the night."
"El aire acondicionado no es ajustable. Ellos tienen una temperatura que CREEN que es la ideal. Lo mismo pasa con el agua. Los cuartos no tienen refrigerador. Los elevadores pesimos y lentos especialmente el de la izquierda. Son solo dos. Lo demas esta bien pero las albercas estan enfocadas en los niños"
"There were many, many rat traps around the property outside and we saw a rat in our room! It came out from under the fridge, looked at me, and then went back under the fridge. Gross!"
