Maybe my expectations were high, considering the high price of the rooms and the fact it’s a well-known hotel. We checked in, made it all the way up to our room and our key didn’t work. I walked down to the desk, they made me a new one, I went back to the room and again it didn’t work. I asked staff if they had a direct line to call if I had more issues and they told me I needed to call from the room (which I obviously couldn’t enter). After the 3rd time walking to the desk, they switched my room so again walked more with all our luggage and my poor wife who was using crutches. The staff was not apologetic or overly helpful. The room (King Tower) was nothing special, even though it was $400/night. There was visible large amounts of dust on the vents in the bathroom. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. After returning to the hotel from a concert at the amphitheater, we searched around the entire place and could not even find any food/snacks. The vending machines only had drinks.
