"Decent hotel overall. We stayed for fun and to spend time with friends, but I really didn’t see much advantage to paying the extra cost to stay downtown. The room was a little stuffy, with condensation on the windows. The pool and gym were great, although both were a little busy. We did appreciate the discounted underground parking, which was a nice bonus. Overall, a good stay, just not sure the downtown location is worth the extra money."

"Hotel was very quaint and nicely appointed. We enjoyed the coffee in our room. Food at Sudden Sally was delicious. Very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Laundry room was very convenient too."

"10/10 highly recommend, great price for the level of comfort, the bed was amazing the room wasn’t super hot. Tech was a bit dated could do with updated smart TV’s in the rooms but that’s just being picky. Great establishment would come back again"
Banff Rocky Mountain Resort

"The only issue was the last night of our visit. The adjacent room was using their fireplace and the smoke smell was so bad in our room that it was hard to breath and caused our eyes to burn. We told the front desk and they apologized, but that was it."
Hidden Ridge Resort

"We had a great experience at the Hidden Ridge Resort. Great location and Views from the hotel were excellent. There is also a basement parking which was nice to keep car warm."
