Hotel is a great location, and extremely clean! We were on 8th floor, over looking marina which was great! We could see all the tour boats go in and out and even watch the dolphins! It was our tenth anniversary and the hotel put me in contact with a local balloon display company who they used themselves when they opened (Bubbly Balloons) who went in and decorated our room before we arrived. Highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff and easy check in. Free coffee in reception. The hotel is modern, clean and fresh. The rooms were clean with plenty of sockets, towels and space. Handy fridge and coffee maker and ice machine in the hall by the lift. You can also buy snacks and drinks in the lobby and there is a microwave to heat things up if you need to. I can’t fault this hotel. This was the second time we stayed there and it won’t be the last. Its location to Universal Studios is a bonus and it’s only a short...
