There was no air conditioning to escape to in the main towers, and no air conditioning in the elevators. We were there during a big heat wave though. Everywhere was sweltering. "

"I was charged from my deposit for towels I did not take. In fact I went to the front desk and picked up 4 more towels on my second day there. All the towels were left in the room. I called the front desk and they told me why I was charged $30. Anyone else experience this? "
