"We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is a basic hotel but it was perfect. Only negative was their shampoo was mostly water and didn't lather well. Also it is the closest to both Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe National Parks. The staff was very accommodating."

"My boyfriend and I stayed at elevate for a night. Upon arrival we were greeted by Alex at the front desk, he was awesome- very helpful and so polite and professional. We feel Alex went out of his way and above and beyond to be sure we were comfortable and happy with our stay. The breakfast is beautiful, the coffee is great, the fitness center is wonderful, and the pool and jacuzzi are so nice and warm! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will be back! The room was nice and clean, the entire property is modern and clean. When checking out, I had Drew at the front desk and he too was super sweet and professional! The staff here are just great. Looking forward to staying at elevate a few times a year for sure. "

"The staff are super friendly, the rooms were very nice & clean & the beds were extremely comfortable!! I would definitely stay there again. The only complaint I have is, staying on the side of room 219 & 220, next to the stairs, you can hear people rolling out their luggage’s on the cement halls. We can hear everyone talking right outside the door, kids running up & down the stairs. This started around 4a.m till the time we had to leave. I think if I were to stay there again I would take headphones to sleep with or something to block out the noise. People can be very inconsiderate when other people are still sleeping.. :/ Other than that it was a great stay, great location, multiple restaurants & stores close by. Thank you to the staff!! "
