While I do not have the names of other staff members I have been impressed by all of the staff I have met. I felt so welcome in the Buffalo Bill Suite that I adjusted plans and stayed an extra day simply to relax in such a welcoming place. This will be a ‘must stay’ when I make cross country drives from time to time. "

"W stayed in room 161. The heater/AC was a bit noisy. There was no plug for the tv when we checked in. They brought one to our room quickly. There was a bit of dog biscuit on the floor and one of the trash cans was missed being emptied. Over all it was all good. The price was great and the bed was clean and comfortable. The shower worked great. What else do you need?"
