The staff would not give me my money back for a family emergency which I think is wrong plus drilling right next door at our hotel room and hardly any outlets to plug in your phone, and pools are only open until 6pm when they should stay open later especially in the summer.

Room was in the older section .... stopper in sink didnt work ... shower door hard to move ... room on second floor ... hotel AC system outside of windows NOISY ALL THE TIME ..... request rooms above 3rd floor to avoid
