"Extra pillows and linens were only given the next day of our stay. These things should aready be there when the quests arrives. Pets were even allowed to stay when I was told they're not. "

"The experience at the hotel was comfortable was really cool. They had a lot of amenities. They offer a lot of amenities and the staff seem well. The balcony was like kind of facing the beach so it was pretty. It was a good time there. Definitely worth it will be back."

"Updated, clean, quiet and relaxing. Friendly staff and guests. Great dining options, nice outdoor pool and areas to relax. Updated ocean side rooms. Delicious variety of coffee options and food in the lobby area. Overall Highly recommend. "
"The Showboat is old and smells like mildew and dog droppings. We needed multiple keys for the room but once one key was activated it automatically deactivated the other. It was advertised to have a seasonal outdoor pool. The pool clearly had be closed for years and we were forced to drive to another hotel and pay $50 just to lounge at their pool. When I complained to CozySuites about it, it was met with no radio silence. The room itself wasn’t horrible but I will never used them again."
