"This was an interesting stay. Shuttle to hotel from airport was excellent; quick & efficient. Hotel staff was excellent, room was small but clean, everything worked as it should. However, around midnight things got weird! We had some shady activity next door, multiple men yelling, women screaming & crying, cars idleing loudly and constant noise thoughout the night. We didnt sleep anything and put a chair to block the door JIC. Other than that, it was great!!! WILL NEVER COME BACK! 😂😂😂"

"The hotel, the location, the amenities and the fountainebleau brand are fabulous! We have stayed at their location in Las Vegas and were blown away with the staff and service! It quickly became our top hotel to stay in. So we eagerly booked the Miami location. We were quickly disappointed. From the moment we checked in it was clear that this location is NOTHING like the Vegas location. It felt as though every staff member hated their jobs and every guest they came in contact with. Every service from the pool, to the coffee bar, to the front desk, to the valet...incredibly rude. We paid almost $600/night to be treated as though we were an inconvenience for being there. To say we were disappointed would be an understatement. Not only will I never go back but I will let every person I know not to go there. If you are ever in Las Vegas, do yourself a favor and check out their location! You will be treated like royalty and never want to leave!"

"The rooms were remodeled but the balcony was very dirty and the door to exit to the balcony was hard to open. The pool water was very murky, thank God the beach was beautiful and we had to buy an umbrella because they don’t even offer you beach chairs. I was very unhappy to reserve a four star hotel resort to find out it was a three star hotel. I won’t be recommending this hotel to anyone. "

"No safe or iron in the room but it was advertised there were in our booking description. No amenities: no coffee, no kettle in the room. Not enough towels in the room, noisy bathroom door would wake us up in the middle of the night everytime someone would use the bathroom, only positive thing is the location and the beds were comfortable. Way too expensive: close to CAD $3,000 for 4 nights. I wouldn’t book this hotel again. "
