Amazing place! Very clean and wonderfully decorated and maintained. John was really helpful and offered some good advice both about local amenities and transport options if you don’t have a car. All staff I met were friendly. Really can’t praise it enough!

Lovely last minute booking We found a bar on the front with a brilliant singer so decided to stay for the night So glad we did Had my coffee by the pool ❤️

Great hotel staff friendly free drink at the bar was a bonus and free breakfast aswell easy to get around with monorail at end of street bars restaurants all around the hotel

All was good no complaints at all, nice & clean.

The rooms were clean and the beds were really comfortable the best night sleep in ages. The check in staff were reslly friendly and the breakfast was a really nice touch especially the waffle maker 😋

Great stay for night before cruise.

One night stay after flying in. 15 mins from the airport. Hotel was lovley and clean, staff really friendly. In a safe area close to shopping mall etc. Beds were really comfortable and the room a good size. Breakfast was also really nice with a good selection of. Would stay here again.

We chose this hotel due to its location near to the cruise port. In this respect, it couldn’t have been better. The port entrance is a few hundred metres from the hotel. We used the port shuttle to get to the ship. $12 per person. The hotel is typical of the Aloft brand with its industrial style decor in the public area. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is a limited menu for breakfast and dinner, but staff at reception will suggest other places to eat...

Only stayed for one night but room was very clean tidy ,well equipped and quite. We've stayed here a few times before we join a cruise and is very well located for beach and restaurants
