No one asked them to keep noise to acceptable late night level. My staff didn’t get home till after midnight and gone at 8 am "

"Great location - easy walk to CBD, South Wharf DFO, Crown Casino, South Bank, MCG and South Melbourne markets. Property has great views of the city and south west due to being a corner apartment. The apartment isn't huge but perfect for a family of 4 adults in Melbourne to explore. It would have been great to access the ensuite as well to take the pressure off the main bathroom at peak times, and would recommend keeping a window open to air the apartment during the day.
