The poor state of the parking area and front yard put us off right at the start. The yard was full of overgrown weeds, overflowing rubbish bins and bags of rubbish on the ground. Once inside we found there was no free-to-air tv, which was the final straw. We did not stay there. In fairness, it seems the front yard has since been cleaned and tidied.
