A lovely and quiet village lane is the location for this updated ranch that contains two separate bedroom suites, a separate sleeping room plus a 1/2 bath. Open floor plan with chef’s kitchen plus large outdoor mahogany deck and BBQ. Master bath was completely updated in 2021. Guest bath updated in 2023. Charming and comfortable, the home is located close to village Main St., shopping, restaurants and beautiful Southampton beaches. Light and bright with oversized windows in all rooms. One-third acre yard is fully fenced and private with mature landscaping.
