The house was exactly what we were looking for. Very clean, cozy and conveniently located off a main road. We got lucky with some amazing weather that Thursday so we enjoyed the outside sitting area as well. I loved the big dining room table, very spacy to fit a lot of food and people. (We ate so much) :) Also the reclining leather couch in the living room was sooooo comfy we really enjoyed watching some Netflix on the LG smart TV. Brian was a pleasure to work with and always very prompt in getting back to me. Easy access to beach only short drive away. The house is new, really clean and very spacious. The bedrooms are big and the beds were really comftable. We were there with family and 3 kids. They have a great play room in the attic for the kids. The kitchen had everything needed for our stay. The yard is big and has a swing set for the kids. The owners were really easy to work with. They gave us some great restaurant options in the area.
