Although it was clean, the bedsheets were very dirty but this was replaced quickly after a complaint, although its hardly acceptable during covid. The location was good also as are the tea /coffee. Shower was small but does a good job. My biggest complaint is the noise, doors slamming, people talking loudly, laughing into the early hours of the morning. It has to be the loudest hotel I've ever stayed in, or even hostel for that matter. There's no soundproofing and a huge gap under the door didn't help. You can also hear people above walking, toilets flushing the works! I got an email the day before our stay saying the breakfast was cancelled due to covid (although restaurants have reopened and no alternative such as take away or outdoor seating offered). Room was very clean small but everything he needed shower toilet, only downfall was the big gap around the door and the bottom of the door let in lots of light in at night. I'm a very squeaky bed every time I turn over.
