Clean room. Always had new clean towels in the room every day. Outdoor pool is heated and warm in the middle of September. Enjoyed coffee and breakfast at the resort while being close to many restaurants around the Cape.

Stayed there with my girlfriends. Loved having beach access and their amenities. I’m 7 months pregnant and not having to carry around chairs, umbrellas and such was a life saver! The only thing I wish they had was more lighting in the rooms! Also some kind of vacuum or broom in the room because of the sand!

We were given a map to help find our room and it was beyond confusing. Room numbers were used time over time and from the road it was impossible to figure out where we were on their map. Also our room key didn't work off the bat which made us worry we we trying to get into someone else's room. We finally figured it out. The room was great. Loved our room. Bed was comfortable. But still unhappy/concerned it took us over 30mins to actually find our room.

Beautiful sandy beach with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas for all the guests. There is a nice bar/snack place right by the beach and on our Saturday afternoon there was live music and a little pirate parade for the kids. The property does not have elevators so travelers with mobility issues should request a ground floor room. That being said the staff offered several times to help carry our bags upstairs. The location is great, only a short drive to Hyannis port if you want to catch a ferry. We would stay here again.

The rooms were very clean and had everything you need. I loved that the beach and pool were very close to the rooms and that chairs, umbrellas and towels were all included. The beach and view were beautiful and the snack bar near the pool was good for drinks or a quick lunch. We would definitely return.

In our opinion this property wasn’t worth the high price. The room was clean and the location of the property and the room proximity to the beach was great. Otherwise, it felt it was significantly overpriced. Food was mediocre. For what we paid I thought a continental breakfast should at least be included. Pools are overcrowded, especially with kids there. My daughter wasn’t able to really enjoy the pool area because of the bigger kids and larger families. No blame on them, but again, if you’re paying a good amount of money, you expect to have a better overall experience.

This was a wonderful place to stay!! The beach is right there with plenty of chairs and towels. We ended the day with time at the pool. We were celebrating my husband’s 70th birthday and this was top notch. We ate at the restaurant and drinks at the bar. All we needed for a perfect weekend getaway

Location and staff were great. Great beach and availability of towels, chairs, and umbrellas. Hotel itself was dated, spots on rugs, no elevators, limited TV channels and older style remote, small old-fashion bathroom, tub and shower. AC unit was loud and you could hear people in the room above you. We didn’t realize there was a $25/day for parking, which was pretty hefty given the high nightly rate. But, the location and beach was why the review is four stars.

I loved staying at Blue Water Resort! Right on the beach with easy access, helpful staff, easy parking and checking in/out. I do just wish housekeeping would have made beds between cleanings, and also there was a pasta sauce stain on the floor outside room 104 (down the hall from our room) that was there our entire stay. The floors to the rooms stay covered in sand, as housekeeping doesn’t vacuum each day. I would stay here again for the convenience to the pools and access to the beach, but do wish it was cleaned better.
