"I forgot to add my daughter name on reservation and they did not want to give her keys. I got stuck in SA as my husband had emergency surgery. We had reserved room as we had a family 15th birthday celebration. Hotels.com did not answer my calls glad I found access on website to add her name if not we would have been out on that money. Frustrated especially with what we going through. "

"Tried to wash clothes and when I went to take them out of washing machine to put them in dryer I realized they were soaking wet! So yea I don't recommend using washing machine! "

"The hotel is perfectly situated with direct beach access, allowing for breathtaking sunset views. It’s quaint, small, and wonderfully quiet, especially on weekdays. We thoroughly enjoyed the bar and the fantastic music. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!"
