"The room was clean. When I asked for extra pillows, room service asked how many people were staying on the room. No one had asked for that many pillows. The room was for four persons. I told her that there were only three of us. Some of the outlets didn't work. It was a comfortable stay. There are stores and restaurants nearby which was very helpful. They do need to keep up with the pool. Also it needs daily maintenance. "

"Room not cleaned completely. Previous client played basketball with beer cans and small 'buzz" ball drink cans. They were piled up behind the fridge and microwave against the wall and underneath the bed. The front office was completely closed, and a sign hung on the front door that read "Due to the COVID19 Panic the Night Window will be used for all transactions." That pandemic ended 4-6 years ago depending on your opinion. Sounds like an excuse to not offer coffee in the morning. The room had no TV remote. I was able to figure out how to work the controls underneath the TV but they didn't even carry all the local channels, so it didn't matter. No live sports I could fine. The mattress set was reasonably comfortable. The bath surfaces all looked cleaned. The carpet was worn and the room looked well used. Light in the bath was dim. I will not stay with this franchise again. "
