"A cold shower in the morning was not my idea of a good stay! When I brought it up to hotel staff, their response was “it’s probably what time you took your shower.” What????? They seemed pretty unconcerned about it. I will think twice about staying here again. I do t like paying money for a cold shower in the morning. By the way, at most hotels, if this happens, they comp your room. As a Hilton Member, I am disappointed. "
