"Looks clean, smells clean. Room at 1st glance looked clean. But as you look closer, the walls was dirty, the pillow cases had stains on them. The shower water is delyaed. The pool looked clean until your in and see floating eyelashes, peoples hair, body oil and skin floating on the surfaces of the water. The person that cleans the area came in to clean the hot tub literally 1 hour before they close and didnt tell nobody they cant go back in. Only end up telling one person cause he turned the jets on. The employees arguing in the lobby. The bartender rude and ghetto and didnt serve me. She was sitting at a table eating and talking to a customer i think. "

"PROS: - Clean bed & bathroom CONS: - SEVERE ant problem - Room smelled of mildew - Only cleaned every other day I don't recommend them, especially with the strong bad smell throughout the room. It was very offputting, and early they don't maintain, air out, or regulate the temperature properly."

"It was fine. We opted for the deluxe loft room which we were really excited about and thought it would be on the top floor with a cool view. Instead they are on the 2nd floor and we had a view of the parking garage. It was extremely disappointing. The TV was just a cable box so no way to cast Netflix or any other type of content. It was a OK room but I would never stay again. "
