"Problem with TV connection was addressed quickly. We only lost first night of TV watching. Also, didn’t realize there was a switch to lower the drapes to black out lights during the night but same engineer showed us the control. Text check in with us was helpful. "

"This is my second time staying at the Valley Ho and I always enjoy being warmly greeted by Kyle when I arrive! Kyle and the staff are amazing and they always go above and beyond to make their hotel guests feel extra special! My room was fantastic and it overlooked the pool. Being able to use the pool, fitness room and spa services is an added bonus! The restaurant is also a blast and I’d highly recommend sitting outdoors and the fun bar. I do feel the Valley Ho had a unique property and I hope I can return for a stay there again next winter. Everything is super walkable and Old Town is a hop-skip-jump away!"
