"Room clean, staff nice. Stayed in room 138. Hook on back of bathroom door is falling out. Outlet behind stand is coming out of wall. Courtyard was a mess. Broken microwaves and rickety old ladder and trash out there. "

"Toilet didn't flush and didn't have Ac for 2 of 3 nights until they finally showed up and determined that the AC was actually broke. Then I was finally moved to another room with working with ac The first day when the toilet wouldn't flush properly I called the front desk to see if they had any off hours maintenance man that could try to clear it and was simply met with "I can make a not for them to look at it tomorrow" I asked if anyone could check it out that afternoon and was simply told "no" lol. not sure why this place is highly rated. Don't believe all the ratings."

"The room i was staying at times room wouldnt lock when i left.. i let staff know about room 301.. i came back it was locked good.. i leave next morning close door and check wont close shut.. it randomly likes to close and sometimes not close.."
