  • Beautiful 4400+ Square feet custom built home that comes with 350' of premier sandy lake superior shoreline. 4 bedrooms-- with 10 beds (4 Full size, 5 queen, to 1 King), 2 sectionals, 2 futons, etc... 4 Bathrooms (3.5 baths, including one custom clawfoot bathtub), a porch, fireplace, fire ring, and a beautiful kitchen. Please come and check out this secluded slice of Heaven located at the end of a 3 mile gravel road.

    This house is a great opportunity to bring together loved ones and enjoy quiet time secluded on 10 acres just 20 miles from downtown Duluth. This property abounds with million dollar views, wildlife, and stars you can't imagine. Come spend time with your group on the beach or in the spacious main house around a fire on a cold winters' eve.

    Bottom line. this is the perfect property for your family vacation. The only other residents on our road are retired, so we prefer to cater to family gatherings to enjoy our beautiful serenity and the north woods, slow-paced, lifestyle.
