"Cute, updated, little condo. With decent beds and plenty of everything you may need for the beach. Stephanie was quick to respond with answers to any of my questions. Very close to the beach. Only downside is the parking is extremely limited and no TVs in the bedrooms. I enjoy working from my bed with the tv on in the background. If you can avoid bringing separate vehicles, you should."

We caught many different fish right from the dock and enjoyed the proximity to downtown. The apartment is clean, well stocked, wonderfully decorated and very comfortable. "This is our 3rd year stating at the Spanish main in cocoa beach. While the usual condo we book there was not available, this particular condo was just as great! You can’t beat the location. The beach is amazing. The condo itself was clean and nicely decorated. Its close to everything…. A one hour drive to any Disney park. It truly is the perfect vacation spot. We even were lucky enough to see 2 space x rocket launches. The hosts were great and the condo was amazing. I would highly recommend this...

"The property is old, and the elevator is slow and noisy, but those are minor things. The location was excellent, away from the congestion of Cocoa Beach, but convenient to shopping and restaurants. The beach was uncrowded and beautiful. Our unit was clean and comfortably furnished, complete with all that you need to enjoy the ocean. Our grandson said it best, “It’s old, but it’s nice. I really like it here”. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"It was very comfortable and a great ocean view from the balcony which we had our coffee out there as we listened to the sound of the waves rolling in. Even though repairs (outside of part of the building and pool) are being conducted it did not affect our stay. The owner communicated well with us and made us feel so welcome!
