- The villa, fully renovated inside and outside, sits on a unique private beach leading to the beautiful shallow bay. Ten Bay is located in central Eleuthera on the Caribbean side of the island, close to Palmetto Point. The Bay is protected from rough waves and is well known for its calm water, which is excellent for children. The water is calm and shallow with a clean sandy bottom, perfect for swimming, kayaking, and snorkeling, especially at either end of the bay, where it is rocky wher you can find a variety of sea creatures and seashells. The beach is always tranquil. You may be meeting a few people renting one of the homes in the area.
The two-story villa has recently been renovated. It has two large bedrooms with a king-size bed, one with a bunk bed, two spacious bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen, and extra beds for larger groups.
It can accommodate up to eight guests.
There is a large deck/balcony on each floor. On first floor you will find the main bedroom with a king-size bed and a soft mattress topper; a second bedroom with a twin bunk bed. A large bathroom with a shower, and an additional living area with two twin beds. A laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer.
The second floor has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwashing machine, pots, etc.), a living room, one full bathroom with shower, and one bedroom with a king-size bed with a soft mattress topper.
There is a large deck/balcony overlooking the bay.
The house offers all the amenities required to experience a perfect Home Away from home. With a large selection of movies and a full entertainment center, you will enjoy every evening at the house. We have a satellite TV with a home theater & stereo system, DVD player, Stereo and WIFI internet.
A Tiki Hut umbrella is by the water on the small private beach on property, and a second umbrella is on the cliff with a breathtaking view for unforgettable moments touched by the breeze.
