This custom built home underwent a total renovation inside and outside in 2017 and features two master suites with fantastic views from every room. The location is only four miles from Governor's Harbour Airport and the closest neighbours are more than a one-quarter mile away. Covered verandahs with comfortable teak furniture and an open sundeck overlooking the pink sand beach provide shade and sun worshippers equal opportunity to relax and enjoy the serenity of Oceanaire. The kitchen is outfitted to please a gourmet chef, including dozens of spices and a propane barbecue on the screened verandah and dining area. The living areas inside and out are comfortably furnished with Sunbrella fabric cushions, including a teak double chaise lounge on the verandah that is a favorite and very romantic spot for guests. The pink sand beach is secluded and runs for miles in both directions. Coral heads a few hundred feet offshore provide lobster and fish for dinner for the intrepid snorkeler. Oceanaire now has hi-speed wifi Internet access throughout the house and on the verandahs .
