You will find peace and tranquility in this 4 bedroom home set on the river with a private hot tub. This home is set up for families to come and relax in beautiful Lake Tahoe and the Upper Truckee River. If you like to ski at Kirkwood, Heavenly or Sierra At Tahoe, cross country ski in Hope Valley, fly fish, hike or explore, this is a great home base for your adventures. As you enter from the covered porch, your eyes are immediately drawn to the wall of windows with river views. On the first level there is an open living area, dining area, kitchen, bedroom, full bath and laundry. Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms and two baths.
TVs only have Amazon Fire stick for streaming only, no cable TV.

The side yard, accessed through sliding door in the great room and through the laundry room has the hot tub—perfect for stargazing on clear Tahoe evenings. The sunny patio is accessible from the dining area, and is a perfect place to host your summer BBQs.

The House backs to the river with no fence and children must be supervised at all times.

This home is set in Christmas Valley towards Luther Pass ( can be challenging if there is heavy snow as it is not a primary plow road but the county will get there and there is a contract for driveway snow removal). Chains or 4 wheel drive with good snow tires may be required.
