The Space:

Situated on the scenic Bijou Golf Course, the home offers a beautiful mountain setting that transforms with the seasons. During the winter, the golf course becomes your own backyard playground—perfect for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, or enjoying an old-fashioned snowball fight with family and friends.



Conveniently located less than half a mile from the lake, you'll be within walking distance of Safeway and several local favorites, including MacDuff's Pub, Idle Hour, Elements Eatery, and Freshies Restaurant.



As you step through the grand front entrance, you'll immediately notice the soaring vaulted ceilings and open, inviting layout. Upstairs, the great room is the heart of the home, featuring a dramatic wall of windows that showcases spectacular mountain and golf course views. Relax around the wood-burning fireplace, enjoy your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, or simply take in the scenery from the comfortable seating area.



The open-concept living space also includes a dining table that seats eight, a breakfast bar, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, double ovens (perfect for holiday meals), and a wine refrigerator.

The spacious game room features a full-size pool table, an electric fireplace, a large TV, and access to a second outdoor deck. This level also includes a bedroom with two full-size beds, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.



For added convenience, the oversized laundry room includes a washer and dryer, an additional refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker—perfect for larger groups and extended stays.

Maximum occupancy: 8 adults, plus up to 5 children ages 13 and under, in accordance with the City of South Lake Tahoe Vacation Rental Ordinance.

The Guest of Record must be at least 25 years old.

One or two dogs are welcome with prior approval, a pet deposit, and are subject to breed and size restrictions. Please note that the yard is not fenced.

For compliance with local regulations, the home is equipped with a decibel monitoring device. This system monitors noise levels only and does not record conversations. A security camera is located on the driveway.



Guest Access:

There is a lock box by the private front door.
