The only draw back was the thermostat. There is one on almost wvery wall of the house and is very complicated to get to work. It was extremely warm and set to 73 when we arrived. The directions did not help as someone previously had set it incorrectly. However, the rental company was quick to send someone out to get it working correctly. It was no longer hot, but extremely cold. I wasn’t going to complain as I would rather add more blankets to keep warm. The beds and pillows were all very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. There seemed to be new carpet that was recently put in. The management company was very attentive and communicated well. Now the “but”....this unit, and all the units in the complex, were being advertised as “ski-in, ski-out” - they are not. The Heavenly Gondola is a healthy walk (3-4 blocks) on city streets and having to cross the main road. Not something you would want to do wearing ski boots and carrying skis. If you really want ski-in, ski-out this is not for you. Don’t be fooled like we were. ##### Rick C. There was a notice not to reset the thermostat which we DID NOT but it didn’t matter what temperature we set it to, it did its own thing. Even in the dead of winter 74-76 degrees seems a little too warm, which is often what it would run at. ##### Joy P.
