The home itself is awesome, and spacious. It was nice to have a washing machine on vacation. The steam shower was a fave also. The location just can't be beat. Great house. We really enjoyed our stay. Played in the snow and close to ski resort. House is beautiful inside. Only complaint is that the microwave wasn’t working but management brought a new one, and that they were missing some things needed for cooking (measuring cups) which I bought at the store. Very beautiful spot with a short walk to the public beach. The private area is more for just jumping in the lake, but you can walk to a larger beach area next door. Amenities were great, kids loved the pool and lawn area. Plenty of space in the house. You will hear some road noise from the highway as it's behind the property, FYI. So not as secluded as some Tahoe properties, but it was still very relaxing and a lovely view. A lot of reviews made me worried about parking but there is a ton of parking just across the street from the complex if you have more than one vehicle so don't worry about it. ##### Jon U. The view from the decks was wonderful and relaxing. The condo was clean, well appointed and spacious. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Location on the west side of South Lake Tahoe was perfect for us. A bit quieter than the main part of town, although there is some street noise from busy Lake Tahoe Blvd. Convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and walking paths. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect for our trip. Walkable to quite a few nice areas. When we needed to drive, it was all very close. There are nearby activities such as horseback riding, gondola ride, boat rentals, dining, hiking/walking, water access, etc. When we needed support, the staff was very responsive and got back to me quickly. Parking area was a little congested at times, and at some points, we were limited to our one reserved parking spot. If you only have one car, it'll be no issue, but if you have 3 cars like we did, pay close attention to their parking recommendations. We paid so much for the cleaning fee, I don't understand why we needed to take out the trash at the end of the stay. Also, if you have your windows/doors open, you will be able to hear other groups staying in the other buildings. You also have another unit below you so if you have heavy steppers or toddlers in your group, possibly expect complaints from the unit below you. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for 5 night at the end of August. We had an absolutely amazing stay. The location cannot be beat. We walked to breakfast one morning and walked to dinner one night. Unfortunately the lake level was high and the beach at this property was under water. Fortunately, there is a beach literally right next door. Only issue was you had to walk the street and go through hotel parking lot to get there even though it sits right at property. Fences prevent you from walking directly to adjacent beach. The weather took a 20\* dip while there but that did not dampen our plans. Our unit was much more spacious than we expected. It was clean and provided all we needed. Beach towels were a huge plus. We did an insta cart order and it was delivered from Safeway in perfect time for our arrival. The grounds are beautiful and this is a Lovely place. We would definitely stay here again. ##### Lisa S.
