There is plenty of space for 7-8 adults, the home is clean and fully furnished for a comfortable stay, and the kitchen is well equipped to cook and serve the Whole Foods Thanksgiving dinner, conveniently from the store across from the development entrance. Reviewer Comments: We traveled to South Lake Tahoe in late August of 2024\. We stayed in a very comfortable condo, almost on the lake, close to everything. Overall, it could not have been a better situation for us, because we were with a toddler. The condo was well stocked with everything from beach towels to spices. However, it could have been cleaner. Spiderwebs draped rafters and corners but surfaces were clean and overall tidy. A water main busted while we were there and we did not have water for several hours, then when it came back on, we were not told immediately that we had to run water for 10 minutes before using. Some of us had already used the contaminated water. Also, a bear help himself to garbage (from the bear boxes) every morning from at least one or two of the nearby condos. We did not use the oven or the outside grill but appreciate that those features were available. The proximity to Lake Tahoe is exceptional and the views spectacular. Reviewer Comments: Plenty of room for a big family. Very clean with comfortable beds. Great view of the lake form the back patio. I've stayed at other units at Lakeland before which are all good, but this is the closest I've stayed to the lake and I'll never being able to go back to a further away unit. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I stayed in this same home last summer, and it's a beautiful place and an amazing location. So we booked it again for this summer since we loved it so much. What I wasn't expecting and was very pleasantly surprised by, was that the home in now under an new operator (RnR Vacation Rentals) and they've gone above and beyond to make the home even more incredible. The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance imaginable (included a huge spice assortment), all the bathrooms were well stocked with amenities, and they even went as far as putting AC units in most of the bedrooms. I don't typically write reviews, but I was so impressed with how they upgraded the home that I felt compelled to write a review! Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a great time at this condo. We could see the lake from the family room and also while sitting on the patio outside. We brought corn hole and played right next to the patio on the grass. Also, we brought a paddle board and kayak and could walk steps to the water to enjoy those. We have been coming to Lake Tahoe for many years and this was one of the best trips because of the ease of getting to the lake and not having to leave home to see it. We enjoyed the fire pits every night with smores. The home itself was clean, comfortable and roomy. Reviewer Comments: What a great place to stay. Few feet from the lake and few feet from the pool. Location is great, close to heavenly and close to alot of restaurants and bars. The place was furnished well, and kept up to date. The a/c unit is the only negative but the home had individual units in the rooms and that kept the place cool.
