Beautiful 4 bedroom (plus loft), 3 Bath townhome in Lakeland Village Resort is walking distance to the beach, pools, hot tub, sauna, and fitness center. A remodeled kitchen and tasteful décor make for a comfortable stay for a family of 9. Large mirrors throughout the house give it a very spacious feeling amplifying the natural light from the skylights in the vaulted ceilings and windows. The family will gather in the open-plan living area around the fireplace after a long day on the beach or on the mountain. Enjoy views of Lake Tahoe from the dining table and the outdoor patio while eating family meals.

We rented the house for a three day getaway in beautiful Tahoe with our kids and grandkids . The house was spotless, very comfortable and in a great location with easy access to the lake and heavenly ski resort. Would rent it again

Great location! 10 minutes from heavenly mountain and skiing was awesome. Plenty of food options in walking distance. Right next to lake with a view.Home had all amenities for cooking meals for 3 adults and 6 teenagers. Highly recommended!!!

Lovely location

Lovely location to see the Lake and access to it. The unit itself was wonderful. No complaints. It was unfortunate that after booking the larger complex closed the hot tub and pools due to resurfacing so we did not get to enjoy the extra amenities. We would have loved the hot tub and pool after a cold plunge in the lake. However, the actual unit was very good and I would stay there again! Loved location as walking to food and Whole Foods.

Great location

Excellent location and charming unit. Steps from the lake and a park for the kids. The unit itself is a bit outdated. The WiFi didn’t work well but we didn’t mind as it forced the kids and adults to truly enjoy each others company.

A little bit of Heaven!!!

My 2 sons there wives granddaughter my sister and myself celebrated my wife of 56 years passing to her new life. The weather was unbelievable. Lake was FLAT for the most part. Aurora Borealis was beautiful as seen from the Lake in front of your house. I cann't find away to seed you a picture but it was beautiful. We have 4 different time shares at South Lake so we know how blessed the weather was for us. Thank you for a well kept place on the lake. Doug PS wall plugs are hard to keep plugged in. Three of our timeshares are at the Beachcomber around the corner.

It made it so easy to enjoy the beach at any given moment and walk to several places nearby. Overall we had a great experience though coming from Texas, we do wished the home would have had more fans, especially in the rooms since it was rather warm making it difficult to get a good nights rest. We knew there was no AC but then fans provided (even with windows open) were not enough to cool down. We didn't have any issues with the home and when I had questions for mgmt, they responded right away.

Family Get Away

Planned a family pre-thanksgiving weekend. Home was perfect in size and set up. Property managers were very responsive to every issue. We had a roof leak and they were very accessible and understanding. communication during the stay was awesome. Unfortunately the beds were so hard my husband and I had no sleep for 4 nights and our bodies were destroyed. The HVAC system was so loud, ear plugs did not help the dampen the disruption (another factor in our lack of sleep) So over all, the unit is an amazing destination- especially for summer months - the property management is great. Just bring a mattress topper;-)

Awesome reunion Stay

Folks came from as far as Cincinnati, OH and 1/2 of our group had not been to Tahoe. They were totally mesmerized by the Big Blue. We were able to get awesome photos of our sunsets and the Lake; we walked to and took advantage of the nearby restaurants w their fantastic views - went to both Riva Grill and Artemis Lakefront Cafe. Yummy food and great drinks too. We grabbed the shuttle to Zephyr Cove for the MS Dixie lake cruise. And yes, went to the casinos too. We bbq'd at the condo, gathered for breakfast and game nights. It really was a perfect setup for the 7 of us. Our reunion was that much better staying at your condo. And tku so much for your attentive, great customer service. I was never at a loss to what was expected of us, as guests, or felt any hesitation to seek assistance. Tku for our wonderful reunion. Yes, we'd love to gather again at Lakeland Village.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful experience in a 5 bedroom condo near the beach. It was close enough to the lake and common facilities, but was in a quiet location.
